All of our products are brand new with top quality which checked and well packed before shipping. 
For the international shopping, there might be some unexpected issue during the shipping.

1. 45 Day Money Back Guarantee
You can return the products to us in 3 working days after delivery or 45 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable with original package and we will refund your money after we get the package for below situation.

1)for some reason you're not satisfied with our product or service (Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.)
2)receiving a defective or wrong product (Return shipping reimbursement is available.)

Please follow below steps and contact our customer service team within 3 working days after delivery for the refund.
1)Please make sure items are in their original condition you received them
2)Please inform us below information of defective products.
a. Order Number
b. Item ID and quantity of defective products
c. Please take pictures or videos of the defective products for us
3) Our customer service and QC department will confirm the information, and reply you within 3-5 working days. 
4) For the first situation, refund will be made when the returning products are received by us. For the second, refund will be made within 1-3 working days.
 
2.Replacement
You can ask a replacement of the products, except the promotion products from us in 3 working days after delivery.
And the return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.

Please follow the steps below and contact our customer service team within 3 working days after delivery for the replacement.
1) Please make sure items are in their original condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original box, and won't affect the secondary sales.
2) Please inform us the information of the products.
a. Order Number
b. Item ID and quantity of the unlike products
C. Please take pictures of the unsatisfying products for us
3) Our customer service will confirm the information, and reply you within 1-3 working days. 
4) After confirmation, you can return the items to us and email us the tracking number.
We’ll replace the item for you after we receiving the return package.
